Our Knowledge Base contains a collection
of commonly asked questions and includes
detailed steps and scenarios. You may
either search for a specific topic or
easily browse all available topics.

Desk
The Help Desk is where you need to make
all your requests and report any technical
problems.
We monitor our Help Desk ticket system 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year. Questions are answered in a timely
manner, usually within a few hours or
less.
Before you can submit a Help Desk ticket,
you must register first. Once registered,
you will be able to track all support
requests via the Help Desk and receive
email responses when a support ticket is
answered.

have a very active Support Forum where
people are more than willing to help you
work through any problems that you are
having. Even if you are not having any
problems, it is a nice place to stop by
and visit.
The forum is monitored throughout the day
and questions are usually answered quite
quickly. Also, chances are good that the
question has already been answered in a
previous thread.
